@olivierlemasle your fixes are in, you might want to boot up if they don't work we will probably not get a second change to get fixes in for 2.4.9 so the sooner you do the better |

This adds support for Fedora CoreOS. Currently, Fedora CoreOS VMs are detected as Fedora, but the Fedora provisioner does not work because FCOS does not have
yum.This commit is inspired by upstream PR docker-archive-public#4808.
