remove plugin URI; fix rotate icons

This pull request does two things:

1. It remove the upstream "URI" of the plugin that prevents it from passing a check that it is valid to use.
2. It adds the rotate icons to the button template, so folks can click them.

Great that you work on this plugin. I have to admit, I totally lost interest... Are you willing to take over an maintain this plugin?

I guess a new release would be due if this makes it working again...

I would be, I've got another plugin that i'm working on for a home side project. I even posted on the forum about if I should just fork and make a new plugin or what.
