fix(ui): improve download completion progress bar feedback

• Enhanced progress bar display for download completion feedback
• Improved dynamic chapter bar management with configurable options
• Added options for showing all chapter bars initially and hiding completed bars
• Fixed column alignment and spacing in progress display
