This PR adds a workshops page to our website for corporate and school workshops as well as speaker opportunities. It also adds a school workshop outreach template that can be added as tempalte to our Resend dashboard.
To test:
npm run devto view websitenpm run email:devto view school workshop outreach email tempaltenpm run email:create-template SchoolWorkshopOutreachEmailwhile dev server is running to create template in Resend. Log into Resend to view template.
