added lines that extracts from the JRO header the pulsing code information. JROfileread.py is a shorter version jroread.py ... is it faster? that needs to be examined.

So, Pablo, take a look at JROfileread.py, it can do most of what jroread.py can do ... if you like it merge my branch with main |
a minor modification in JROfileread.py about nTaus!!!
