Prototype rework for the titan minigun. Also included actual descriptions for the TFO weapons and mods. Titan npcs will (sort of) use the XO-16 burst mod if they have it equipped. I also threw in a (possible) new mod for the WYS and a (possible) fire rate debuff for the SMR's tank buster, if those look appealing.
