Remove erlsha2 usage in favour of new crypto functions added in R16B.
Note - a required secp256k1 ec crypto support was added into erlang 17.x.y.z version (and 18 consequently). This application doesn't use it yet, so I don't see a reason to remove an in-house implementation from apps/biten/src/b_crypto.erl library
