Resolves #448 by only calling the BetterEnd terrain generator if the level is using a WorldWeaver biome source.

Confirmed that I was able to generate a superflat world (default settings) and a superflat world with betterend:megalake as the biome (for lulz).

I can also generate a "Default" (non-BetterX) world, and, interestingly, end biomes still generate in The End (I just guess without the BE terrain shaping).
