This PR introduces new Ubuntu Oval XML data as the format has changed slightly over time to no longer use the
<ref/>and instead use the<cve/>element.Introduces and update to the
TestUbuntuDatestest and I kept the old ubuntu xml and preserved the date test for the old xml asTestOldOvalUbuntuDatesas it may be useful to keep this data to hand.
