Few fixes for requirejs config to make JointJS load properly. Also jQuery updated to 2.2.4.

Adds container element at the BPMN palette. Embedded elements are moved if parent is moved.
Also draw bug and resize bug which were created during joint.js transition to v.2 are fixed.
