Wago Bit Offset Mismatch

There seems to be an issue for some Wago Terminals in the init where they receive the offset of the following Terminal. While its being rewritten, add automatic detection of has_rx has_tx by parsing the IOM (Module Id). The Module ID tells us if there is rx tx channels etc

Instead of trusting the module are detected in the correct order we can use the first few bytes of the PDO Mapping to detect the ordering. Because for example 0x1600 may have 0x6010ffff where 0x6010 - 0x6000 -> 10 / 10 -> 1 Second Module
