- Upgraded actions/checkout from v3 to v4 and dorny/paths-filter from v2 to v3 for improved functionality. - Updated actions/setup-python from v2 to v5 to utilize the latest features. - Changed pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish to use the latest release version. - Added steps to extract the tag name and create a GitHub release, enhancing the release process automation.
