…hanism - Updated version from 2.4.11 to 2.4.12 in package.json. - Improved the retry mechanism for uploading attachments by adding random delays to spread out requests and prevent synchronization. - Updated changelog to reflect the new version and changes. These enhancements improve the reliability and efficiency of attachment uploads in the client.
