Updated as an evergreen KB document that states what an IDR is, how it relates to UNTP and what the Pyx IDR does. The only elements that would need to be maintained are the 'Current Version" and "Released" lines. -- Richelle

I have recommend edits / additions to the Pyx IDR KB document. The purpose is to create an evergreen document informing what an IDR is, how it relates to the UNTP and what the Pyx IDR does. The only elements that would need to be maintained over time are the 'Current Version" and "Released" lines. -- Richelle
