Adds a consistent real-world running case (Harborview Bike Repair, Jan 2026) across Workbook Ch01–Ch04 and the workbook index. Maps each entry_id to a business event, adds an equation→journal table in Ch01B, explains month-end adjustments (A001–A004), and clarifies closing behavior (direct to Equity:RetainedEarnings). Docs-only; no engine changes.
