PR-1.4: Make workbooks/track_d_template/scripts/_business_etl.py a shim re-exporting pystatsv1.trackd.etl, rebuild src/pystatsv1/assets/workbook_track_d.zip, and extend shim smoke tests to cover ETL (repo scripts + template).
