Add workbooks/track_d_template/ as the canonical Track D workbook template source.\n\nAdd tools/build_workbook_zip.py to regenerate src/pystatsv1/assets/workbook_track_d.zip.\n\nAdd a drift-guard test that rebuilds the zip and compares payload hashes to the committed zip.\n\nBig payback: no more manual zip editing; safe refactors later.
