Option C: upgrades Track D 'My own data' page with a 2-path workflow (exports-only vs GL export), minimum required columns checklists, a first-30-minutes recipe (one table + one chart + one sanity check), common pitfalls, and a docs-only CSV header pack under docs/source/workbook/_downloads/track_d_headers. Also links from Student Edition, Track D workbook page, and TA notes.
