How is this related to Wordle aside from the similarity of name.

From what I can tell this is a count down timer.

Disclaimer: I tried to fill out of the form to create countle to see if there were anything after that stage but the page had multiple bugs so couldn't submit the form.

It's the same kind of daily puzzle.
Instead of guessing a word, you guess the mathematical formula that leads to the given number.
You have the same number of operations as you have guesses in wordle, but there is no limit to the guesses.

I'd say that Countle shares more similarities with Wordle than Oodle (a game already listed)

I don't know what issue you had with Countle.
I've played it on my pc and phone and encountered zero bugs...
It works by clicking some numbers and then selecting the operation.
You can use the result with other numbers in subsequent mathematical operations.
