💄 Make lighet Foreground

1. A typo, since 00 is black and FF is white, BF is dark, not light.
2. Made the sideBar and tab.inactiveForeground fonts a little brighter
3. Add menu docs, bcd I couldn't find its documentation in json earlier. Which is strange, bcs the menu had pustota style. (Mb the VS code pulls it up by itself). But now its in documented as it was without but a little lighter.

Can we please split this PR? Typos fix is simple and I will merge it 100%.

The inactive foreground is also fine.

I am not sure about the sidebar though.
