Additional tool required so the llm can get a list of all files (including relative paths) #21
Description
The llm can request file contents at the moment, but cannot get a standardised list of files and paths. This tool invocation may allow the llm a better chance of finding files it wants to review.
We'd need to add this feature to all current scm adapters
