You deposite the pumpcoin you have , and the protocol will lend you some SOL . You can repay the SOL to take your pumpcoin back , or just sell it into market via our protocol .

Leverage buy Pumpcoin
You can also make long to any pumpcoin you know or like here . The base logic of make long is to loop borrow out the SOL and buy more tokens and re-borrow SOL .

Stake and earn SOL
If you are not a pumpcoin trader , or not hold any pumpcoin . You can still take part in Pumpmax protocol by staking your SOL here for people to borrow out , you will earn interest from borrower.

Yes.Pumplend supports all tokens created on the pump platform.

How does Pumplend handle liquidation?
Liquidation occurs when the total interest exceeds the value of the collateral. In such cases, the collateral will be liquidated to cover the outstanding debt.

Is the interest rate (DPR) for borrowing SOL fixed or dynamic?
The interest rate (DPR) for borrowing SOL is dynamic. It adjusts based on market supply and demand to maintain the balance of the liquidity pool. Borrowers are advised to check the real-time interest rate before proceeding and be aware of potential fluctuations.

At what price can the collateralized Pump coins be used to borrow SOL?
The borrowable amount of SOL is estimated based on the Pump.fun bonding curve, calculating the minimum liquidation collateral ratio to determine the collateralizable amount KK. A 20% dilution buffer is reserved for the Raydium curve, along with a 10% buffer for interest rate liquidation. The final collateral value is calculated as 0.7K.

How much leverage is allowed for long positions?
Currently, the maximum leverage supported is up to 3.3X.
Pumpmax protocol is not fully open-source yet ( will be opensource after we launch our beta-test mainnet version ) .
