…after fixing the force-process-config issue in ppm#162.

Once this lands, the ensuing rolling release should be free of the module building difficulties that affected ppm install when run within the github project (and probably had other symptoms!).

Nota Bene: This ppm bump also includes pulsar-edit/ppm#152! (For Changelog purposes.)
