Adds basic support for Eazfuscator's Homomorphic Encryption feature.
You must know the password to decrypt the encrypted code blocks. It is not feasible to quickly bruteforce keys over 5 bytes.
It should be noted this doesn't support passwords of the types
byte[]andIEnumerable<>Feel free to make a PR for them if you need them
