Description of Organization

MISR is a non-profit public subdomain provider. We provide free DNS hosting and NS delegation services for general public users, developers, and hobbyists. The project is maintained by Yayasan Sabilirridlo to ensure long-term availability.

Reason for PSL Inclusion

We provide full NS Record Delegation, allowing independent users to manage their own DNS zones. PSL inclusion is required for proper origin isolation to prevent cross-site cookie leaks and security risks between unrelated users on our subdomains. We confirm registration for all domains is maintained for more than 2 years.

Hi @pencilnav, I understand the policy regarding the user base. However, this is a new, dedicated infrastructure (misr.my.id) operated by an official foundation (Yayasan Sabilirridlo) specifically to address the isolation issues discussed in #2767.

We are taking a Security First approach. We cannot responsibly invite a large number of public users—including our planned outreach to communities in Indonesia, China, and elsewhere—until we have ensured their data is isolated via the PSL. We are building a long-term public resource, not a private project, and PSL inclusion is the critical first step to making this service safe for everyone to use.

You can verify our official foundation profile through the government's official portal (AHU Online). Since search links are session-based, you can search for our name 'SABILIRRIDLO' at https://ahu.go.id/pencarian/profil-yayasan.

We have also updated our website at https://www.misr.my.id/ to include our legal information. This confirms that this PR is backed by a registered institution committed to providing a secure, public-facing infrastructure with full NS delegation.
