add cheat_transfer_items

Adds cheat_transfer_items command to transfer items from NPC inventories to the player, horse, stash, or delete.

Items that cannot be obtained through Cheat:getItem (such as spindles in npc's hands) will not be transferred.

Example Usage:
cheat_transfer_items exact:bara — Transfer from NPC "Bara" to player.
cheat_transfer_items to:1 — Transfer from targeted NPC to horse.
