This PR implements the adapter pattern to wrap the Adafruit NeoPixel library. The adapter pattern is the recommended method to include third party libraries in fprime projects. A working demonstration is available in the
ngay-led-driverbranch.Before merge, I'd like to improve documentation and possibly write out docs that continue from the official LED blinker tutorial to swap out the
gpioOutputport with our neopixel driver.
