do we need the cleanup to happen on the other jobs as well? |

I think it might be necessary in the future to add cleanup steps before building applications, but usually it gets complicated when you start generating autoconfigs, using multiple recursive submodules, etc. |

Ocre-SDK has gotten several updates; This PR would update ocre-sdk's hash to latest main.
