Hello, and thanks for this project!

This PR is still a WIP, with the following notes/tasks, in addition to whatever this repo's owners request:

  • Factor's compiler is self-hosted, requiring a small binary boot image from a previous Factor build in order to compile itself. Should I completely remove the compilation/installation from the run scripts, and just fail with a link to the website when not found? Or have it download a binary release?
  • I hope to get someone from the Factor community to check this over.
  • I hope to get someone from the Factor/Windows community to contribute run scripts for Windows.

Thanks for participating with our project. I checked out your branch and executed run. Had an issue with it not liking my version of gcc (latest) but I installed clang and it worked, fine.

Very nice! Haven't worked with stack-based coding since my calculator days, although I did some work with PostScript a while back. Good work! I look forward to continuing the discussion.
