Update GitHub icons and logos

Summary

Updates the Octicons package, which contains updates to the GitHub brand logo.

List of notable changes:

• Update Octicons
• Regen snapshots
• Increased timeouts on IDE tests, these are unrelated and failing on main too (no idea why 🤷)

Steps to test:

1. Review storybook and docs, ensure that logos are appearing correctly everywhere

• Tests prove that the feature works and covers both happy and unhappy paths
• Any drop in coverage, breaking changes or regressions have been documented above
