I hope you're doing well. I have completed the implementation of the test website.

In this pull request, I have made the following changes:

Created the component cta structure in the HTML file.
Added CSS styles to make the CTA component responsive.
Included the necessary CSS classes for the cta__content-title and cta__content-button elements.

I have thoroughly tested the component on different screen sizes and devices to ensure a consistent user experience. However, I would greatly appreciate your review to identify any potential improvements or issues that might have been missed.

Cards:

• No backdrop under the text
• Strange spaces between cards
• No colours on the labels
• Margins need tweaking

CTA:

• Responsive should be better,
• some strange alignment between the button and text
