This is my weekend half-hackathon: a blips app we can use to prototype ployst2. Warning: contains some half-done stuff (like metadata parsing).

It is a quick & dirty-ish API that allows you to create blips and browse them, filtered by stream, tag, mentions... it can give us something to play with while we are testing out the core ideas of ployst2.

This is very much a prototype. The final product will look nothing like this and I envision most of this code will die soon-ish. Although the API may be compatible, and we could already start writing tests around the API.

I was using the browsable API for testing.
