I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

YES

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Feature (new icons + search UX improvement)

What is the new behavior?

  • Adds animated chess piece icons:
    • King
    • Queen
    • Rook
    • Bishop
    • Knight
    • Pawn
  • Improves search activation UX when browsing icons:
    • Automatically scrolls the page to the start of the icon list when search is activated, making results immediately visible

Demo

Search UX

New Icons

Additional context

  • Chess icons follow Lucide SVG paths and existing animation conventions
  • Search UX improvement makes icon discovery faster and smoother

the animations feel too jittery. why are the parts moving separately if they're supposed to be solid shapes? also, the opacity animation doesn't seem to add any value

animation should enhance the icon's meaning, not just be random movement
