Fix thai font and spacing for 24-hour time display and chat

• Disable fixedWidth font for 12-hour clock display to support Thai AM/PM text
• Remove negative spacing when displaying Thai characters
• Prevent text overlap and incorrect combining character positioning
• 24-hour mode continues using fixedWidth to prevent jitter

I guess you're implying that fixed width can never be used with thai text?

I'm not sure I agree with disabling it everywhere just to fix one language. A more correct fix would likely be to fix framework to not break when fixed with is turned on, instead.
