This patches the FTPS pull request to the updated UI for Pref and Frag to newer androidx pr #248
This must be applied on top of Updated UI for Pref and Frag to newer androidx #248 as FTPS pull request has also been merged. If this isn't merged with it, there will be app crashes and large indentation spacing issue with those prefs.
