docs: integration requests

Intent

Docs and example for integration requests in the manifest.json

The plan is to duplicate these in rsconnect and then link out to each tool in Connect docs..

I am willing to be persuaded that we instead put these docs in Connect but not sure where.

@edavidaja There's added weirdness in the fact that rsconnect::deployApp does not respect an existing manifest.json file. This means that until the publisher work gets done, the only way to use the auto-association feature is by using rsconnect deploy manifest
