…ectl (#844) - This PR updates all Helm jobs and hooks that were using the deprecated bitnamilegacy/kubectl image and replaces them with supported kubectl images sourced from registry.k8s.io. - Bitnami has stopped publishing and maintaining newer kubectl images (especially for Kubernetes versions >= 1.34), which was causing image pull failures on clusters running Kubernetes >= 1.34
