This PR introduces several improvements and fixes:
Bugfix: Added missing init.py to the model module to ensure proper module detection.
New Feature: Introduced statement logging. All committed data and schema-modifying statements are now logged in per-application logs.
Documentation: Extended to cover querying, statement objects, flex models, and the newly added logging functionality.
