Websocket interface of the xdbc-client now respond to controller only on receiving request, rather than sending metrics at periodic interval (pull based transfer instead of push based).
Modify instantaneous metric calculation to avoid copying operation.
Convert queue load to percentage.
Add Environment Manager and Websocket Folders in Dockerfile.
