I think all of these should be a minor bump, and also update the peerDependency version to ^1.22 instead of ^1.8
Otherwise someone that updates only patch versions of their project would have it breaking because we expect Transaction to have getBareTx. And the peer bump because those new versions are not compatible with older papi versions either.

I agree, I bumped all peerDeps and bumped versions to minor. I realized in the meantime that statement SDK does not require a bump, since it does not depend on |
