This PR adds
plone.textindexerandplone.relateditemsas default behaviors when adding a new content-type, mimicing what Plone does with the default content-types.It also adds
plone.constraintypesas default behavior for Container types to be able to restrict the types that can be added in them through the standard Plone menu options.
