Summary of Changes

Hello @mzueva, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on refining the initial state management within the rarefaction analysis block, particularly concerning how graph data is processed and displayed. It introduces more robust null-safety checks in the data model and adjusts the UI component's rendering logic to handle data availability more gracefully. Additionally, it cleans up the workflow configuration by removing an explicit, no longer needed, data export.

Highlights

  • Initial State Handling: Improved the handling of initial or unresolved states for graph-related data in the model, ensuring functions receive valid inputs.
  • UI Component Rendering: Modified the UI to consistently use null for unavailable graph options and removed conditional rendering for the GraphMaker component, allowing it to always render and manage its internal state.
  • Workflow Cleanup: Removed an unnecessary export of rarefactionPFrame from the workflow definition, streamlining the workflow configuration.

Code Review

This pull request focuses on fixing the initial block state and removing a workflow export. The changes are well-contained and logical. In the model, the logic for graphPFrame is now more robust against undefined inputs. In the UI, removing the v-if from GraphMaker will improve the initial rendering experience by allowing the component to handle its own loading/empty state. The change from undefined to null is consistent and likely for better compatibility with the component's props. Finally, removing the rarefactionPFrame from the workflow exports is a good cleanup. Overall, the changes are positive and I have no concerns.
