Adding the ultrasonic sensor device to lowcar. Relevant other files have been updated to account for there being a new device.
Note: The ultrasonic sensor device code itself does not work, this specific update is to enable updating the student pis during Exhibition in eight hours so that students can obtain and use the sensors before scrimmage if we manage to finish them before then. There will be another update with working ultrasonic sensor device code in the near future.
