The card views would not update to constraints when initially loading up. This commit fixes phillfarrugia#2
A little more organized :)
* Fixes issue that did not animate last few visible cards when there were no remaining cards left.
* Added new delegate function didSwipe that provides the direction in which the card was swiped
Programmatically swipe a card in any given direction. Useful for button input
* Nicer buttons
