Function CalcBoxSize and CalcOffset are thoughtless.
fix the "_showSeconds" option's function and make it configurable.

I have made some improvements on it:
Fixed the "_showSeconds" option and make it configurable.
Improved the WorldTimes screen show and configuration window's location loading code.
Thank you for the screen saver code sharing and I am looking forward for the FLIPPING animation to reality.
