すみません説明不足で。英文タイトル下部の空行は削除でよいです。
日本語訳の下に空行があれば、空行が下に移動した（空行の前に日本語訳が追加された）と解釈されてdiffで余計な+-がでなくなります。
空行を入れない、空行を削除しないを参照してください。

中点もなくて良いと思いました。
APIの箇所も含め修正するならば以下のとおりになる認識です。

1点細かいですが気づくところがあったので見ていただいてもいいでしょうか。
中点・orのABI翻訳部分についてはいただいた修正案で賛成です。
