元のissuesでもコメントされていますが、私も「条件名」ではない気がしています。
状態名、状況名のどちらかに統一したいです。
他のDBのマニュアルにはあまり参考になるものはありませんでした。
状況名→周りの環境や、その背景にあるさまざまな要因
状態名→システム、オブジェクト、またはプロセスが現在どのような段階にあるか
かと思いますので「状態名」で統一するのはどうでしょうか。
