The previous runtime patch (persist failed delegation events) only bumped @perstack/runtime. Since perstack does not directly depend on @perstack/runtime, no perstack tag was created and the Docker image was not rebuilt. This changeset triggers a perstack version bump to publish an updated Docker image. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
