docs: clarify create-expert as a published registry expert#637
Conversation
Update README and docs to explain that create-expert is a published Expert on the Perstack registry, resolved automatically by the CLI without a local perstack.toml. Add E2E test to verify create-expert resolves from the registry and completes a run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
