Summary

  • Update README and docs to explain that create-expert is a published Expert on the Perstack registry, resolved automatically by the CLI without a local perstack.toml
  • Add E2E test (e2e/perstack-cli/create-expert.test.ts) that runs create-expert with query "hello" to verify the published expert resolves from the registry and completes

Test plan

  • CI passes (lint, typecheck, build)
  • E2E test create-expert.test.ts passes against the published expert on the registry
