Summary

  • Reposition Perstack as "The Agent Runtime" (previously "Expert Stack for Agent-first Development")
  • Fix run() API code example to match actual RunParamsInput signature
  • Fix terminology: use "event-derived" consistently (not "event-sourced")
  • Fix English errors throughout (grammar, comma splices, word choice)
  • Add Key Capabilities section and npm badges
  • Restructure "Why Perstack?" with problem/solution table
  • Align example descriptions with actual example READMEs

Test plan

  • All documentation links verified against existing files
  • Code examples verified against codebase (run() API, TOML schema, CLI commands)
  • Reviewed and approved by 3 specialized agents (content-writer, marketing-strategist, messaging-reviewer)
